Economists define goods as the primary commodities that are exchanged, bought or sold in the market for products of the same value. Large companies around the world usually make it available. Examples of wood, oil, sugar, tea, coffee and electrical  products etc. 

A large number of industrial and agricultural goods are now sold, purchased or exchanged in the market. Here are some most traded items in the world. 

  • Steel.

In the first list we have steel is the most important engineering and construction equipment in the world. It is used in every aspect of our lives In cars and construction products, refrigerators and washing machines, cargo ships and surgical scalpels.

Steel is an alloy of iron usually contains a few percent carbon to improve its strength and crack resistance compared to iron. This is the reason why the steel widley traded in thw world. 


  • Soyabeans. 

Soybeans are high in protein and a good source of both carbs and fat. They are a great source of beneficial plant compounds such as various vitamins, minerals and isoflavones.

China is the largest importer of soybeans, followed by Europe and Mexico. Brazil is the second largest soybean exporter after the US and Argentina. Exports of Brazilian soybeans exceeded 42 million tonnes a year. Wheat is the third largest food item traded in the world. 


  • Natural Gas.

Natural gas is mostly traded on the market because it is used everywhere from cooking food to boil water in winter. Its price change makes its marketing style more active. Russia is the largest exporter of natural gas. Canada is the second primary exporter and Norway is the third.

Today, 30% of the gas produced is traded across national borders, two-thirds through pipelines and the remaining third as LNG. Russia, Norway and most of the United States are top expoters in the list.



  • Coffee.
Surprisingly, people around the world drink about 1.6 billion cups of coffee every day! Coffee is produced in Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa and the main consumers are Europe and the United States.
Now a third of the world’s coffee production comes from Brazil, and it makes them the top coffee producer. Indonesia is the world's largest producer or source of robusta beans.

Total global coffee production by exporting countries exceeds 150 million jute bags. Coffee producing countries are Brazil (2,595,000 metric tons per year) and Vietnam (1,650,000 metric tons per year).



  • Corn.
Corn has many health benefits. It is high in fiber which helps in digestion. In addition it contains valuable B vitamins, which are important for your overall health.
Corn is the most productive crop in the world. Originating in Mexico, the grain is now grown in at least 164 countries around the world, with a total production of over 1 billion metric tons in 2013.

  • Gold.
The most valuable element in the world is gold. It is valued by many women because of its impressive quality and uniqueness. To date, South Africa is not the largest gold producer in the world. China now tops the world.
